Are there any hidden fees or charges?
No. You know the price before delivery. KDR weighs each load at the landfill, and any extra charge, such as for weight over what your rental includes, restricted items or debris loaded above the fill line, appears on an itemized final invoice.
What size dumpster do I need?
A 10 yard dumpster fits small cleanouts, bathroom remodels, garage junk and yard debris. A 20 yard handles remodeling debris, roofing, flooring removal and basement cleanouts. A 30 or 40 yard is best for major cleanouts, construction and demolition debris and commercial cleanup. Tell KDR your project and debris, and we will recommend a size.
What can't I put in the dumpster?
Liquids, tires, chemicals, paint and appliances that contain freon cannot go in the dumpster, along with other restricted materials. Ask KDR before loading heavy debris such as concrete, dirt or brick, so the container stays within its weight limit.
